Registration of legal entity in bodies of Immigration and Registration of persons in Ukraine

Registration of legal entity as a receiving party in bodies of Immigration and Registration of persons in Ukraine as the need for businesses to provide invitations for visas for foreign business partners and employees.
In modern conditions in Ukrainian companies often there is a need to conduct meetings with foreign partners in Ukraine. Representatives of foreign business companies and enterprises often have to negotiate and implement specific projects with Ukrainian partners at the territory of Ukraine as well. Usually such business visits are to be conducted periodically within a period of time, requiring repeated trips of foreign partners to Ukraine with business purposes.
For foreign citizens from countries for which visa is stipulated to enter the territory of Ukraine, the most appropriate is obtaining a multiple business visa (type B visa).
Getting of business visa is directly related to the invitation from the receiving party - a legal entity in Ukraine. Current legislation stipulates that the said invitation must be properly executed by the bodies of Immigration and Registration of physical persons (in the past UGIRFO, OVIR).
Despite periodic changes and amendments in legislation and its current state, the practice of registration of invitations for business visas in the Kiev region is thus that the effective execution of these invitations, including a long term (1 year) business visa is to register a legal entity as a receiving party, as a company which has the right to invite foreigners (including employees) to Ukraine in the bodies of Immigration and Registration of physical persons.

To register a legal entity as a receiving party the following documents should be submitted:
1. Application for registration;
2. A copy of the Certificate of Incorporation;
3. A copy of the Statistics certificate;
4. Certificate from the bank about the current accounts;
5. A copy of the lease agreement of the office;
6. A copy of order appointing the employee responsible for foreigners’ documentation;
7. 4 photos (3,5 x 4,5) of the employee responsible for foreigners’ documentation.
