This Law sets forth that the Ukrainian Law “On Principles of Prevention and Resistance to Corruption” of June 11, 2009 No. 1506-VI will enter into force on January 1, 2011. The law “On Principles of Prevention and Resistance to Corruption” contains contradictory provision which restrict the right to combine certain activities and positions occupied by heads of legal entities of public law, private entrepreneurs, self-occupied persons and corporate rights’ owners. The Ukrainian Law “On Responsibility of Legal Entities for Corruption Infringements” of June 11, 2009 No. 1507-VI will also enter into force since January 1, 2011.
